Screw-On Modular Heads for 1/2" IC Toroid Inserts – R4

Screw-on Toroid R4 modular heads fit industry-standard cutting systems.

These modular heads are designed to be used with R4 1/2" IC Toroid inserts. TREM125-MOD-R4-3-C and TREM150-MOD-R4-3 accept round/button, square and octagonal inserts, as shown here. TREM100-MOD-R4-2C uses RDCH-43 / RPMH-44 / OPMH-442 inserts only.

  • Compatible with ISO-standard modular systems
  • Greater effective reach than solid end mills
  • Close-tolerance mounting minimizes runout
  • Standard inch wrench flats – no special metric wrenches needed
  • Modular extensions are also available: carbide core, solid carbide and heavy metal
