Reporting into the Operations organization, the Business Operations Lead position will work across Dapra's entire matrix of divisions and functions. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be engaged across various business areas. Responsibilities include supporting both customer service and various operational functions, creating robust documented processes, developing reporting metrics, and realizing cross-functional improvements. The position role would play a key role in the strategic efforts of the business.
