Dapra is currently offering special inventory closeout pricing on "G" grade Ball Nose Inserts, which are suitable for many roughing and semifinishing applications in most steels and cast irons. Metric sizes are included in this closeout.
Insert Grade & Coating Selection
- Match coating (see chart below) to material being cut and available speed/RPM.
- "PA" coating is best suited for higher operating speeds (temperatures) and harder materials.
- "PX" coating is best suited for low to medium operating speeds (temperatures) and softer materials.
- Other coatings available on request. Contact factory for details.
