Dapra Introduces New Line of Tools for Production Milling
Dapra Corporation's new milling tool line offers outstanding performance for a full range of production milling applications. Designed for 90-degree cutting, the SSPM Series features square SXEH inserts, which provide an excellent combination of performance and economy and have reinforced corners for high feed rates.
The inserts have a positive cutting geometry that ensures smooth cutting action. Furthermore, their fine pitch enables aggressive metal removal and results in excellent surface finishes. Dapra has made grade selection easy by offering three carbide substrates: toughest, medium and hardest.
Available in diameters from 2" to 6", Dapra's SSPM Series shell mills are ideal for face milling, profiling, slotting, step milling and plunge roughing. They can also be used for efficient helical interpolation of cored holes.
